Whitestone Real Estates Ltd. was founded by a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through stable and supportive housing. Drawing from years of experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, the founder witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals struggling with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, and physical health problems—many of whom found themselves at risk of eviction and living in poor conditions due to their circumstances.
Inspired by these experiences, Whitestone Real Estates Ltd was established with a clear mission: to become a trusted healthcare-focused landlord, providing safe, secure, and accessible homes for individuals who may have difficulty maintaining traditional tenancy agreements due to their vulnerabilities and unable to independently access the community. We aim to create an environment where our tenants feel understood, respected, and supported—allowing them to thrive in their homes without the fear of eviction or instability.
